The only real way to answer this is to look at what the top 5 in your SERP have. Pull their anchor profiles in Ahrefs and average them. Some niches the winners have almost zero exact match, others they’re sitting at 15%. Copying a generic ratio from a forum post (including this one lol) doesn’t mean much.
