Client is redesigning, same domain and mostly same URLs, but a new theme, new nav and a lot of copy being rewritten by the agency. Last time I saw a redesign like this the site lost around 25% traffic for months.
What’s on your checklist before launch? I’m mainly worried about content being cut and internal links disappearing from the navigation.
