I do SEO for a small B2B SaaS (scheduling tool, about 1,200 organic visits a month, mostly branded). The dev team wants me to build out feature pages, marketing wants use-case pages like “scheduling for clinics” and “scheduling for tutors”.

We have maybe capacity for 8 pages this quarter. Feature keywords have almost no volume, use-case ones have a bit more but the intent looks mixed. Which did you prioritise when you had limited dev time, and did either actually bring signups?

Use-case pages every time for us. Feature pages ended up being support docs nobody searched for. The use-case pages converted around 2-3x better too, probably because the visitor sees their own industry in the h1.

One tip: check if the SERP for the use-case term is full of listicles. If it is, a product page will struggle no matter what.
