Got a travel blog, about 1,200 posts built over 7 years. Internal linking is basically random, whatever I remembered at the time. Lots of good posts are orphans or 5 clicks deep, and some old hub pages link to posts that no longer exist.
Looking for someone to:
– crawl the site and map orphans, broken internal links, and click depth
– propose topic clusters and hub pages (destinations and trip types)
– actually add the links in WordPress, around 800-1,500 changes expected
– keep anchors natural, no exact match everywhere
Budget is $600-1,200 depending on how much manual work you include. Would like it done in 4-5 weeks.
Please reply with how you would handle the mapping, what tools you use, and whether you do it manually or semi automated. A sample report from a similar project would help me decide.
