For multilingual sites I use DeepL for the first pass, then a native speaker edits.

    – Noticeably more natural than other machine translation in DE/FR/IT/ES
    – Glossary feature keeps brand and product terms consistent
    – Document translation keeps formatting

Never publish raw machine translation for money pages. As a starting point it cuts translation cost and time a lot.

DeepL is great for Spanish too. Just watch Spain vs LATAM differences, it defaults to Spain Spanish in some phrasing, so a native LATAM editor is still needed for those markets.

Polish quality is surprisingly good as well. The glossary feature is key, otherwise it translates product names that shouldn’t be translated.
