I handle marketing for three physiotherapy clinics (same owner, different towns). They get great feedback in person but almost nobody leaves a review online, so the profiles look dead next to competitors.
To be clear, I am NOT looking for anyone to write reviews. I want a proper setup so real patients actually get asked:
– SMS/email request after appointment, connected to their booking system
– a simple feedback page so unhappy patients reach the manager first (without blocking them from posting publicly)
– response templates for staff to reply to reviews
– a monthly summary of new reviews per location
Budget is around $500-900 for setup plus a small monthly fee if you manage it. Would like this live within a month.
