How I use it:
– Install the browser extension so it works inside Gmail directly, no copy paste.
– Set the goals to informal and friendly for outreach. It changes which suggestions you get.
– Use the tone detector as a sanity check. If it says my email sounds demanding, I rewrite the ask.
– Save my standard pitch as a template and run it through once properly, then only check personalised parts after.
Downside: the premium rewrite suggestions push everything toward the same bland corporate voice. If every sentence gets polished, your email reads like everyone else’s template. I accept spelling and grammar fixes and ignore most style rewrites.
