    Been using TubeBuddy for my channel for about 8 months.

    Most useful parts for me:
    – Keyword explorer inside YouTube, shows search volume vs competition
    – A/B testing thumbnails (needs paid plan) – found out my “clean” thumbnails lose to busier ones by a lot
    – Bulk editing descriptions when you change a link or a template

    Free version is limited but the browser extension is still handy.

    The A/B test feature is the only reason I pay for it. Results surprised me too, the “ugly” thumbnail with a big face won almost every time.

    How does it compare to vidIQ? Heard both mentioned a lot but never used either.

    @grindhouse_seo I tried vidIQ first. It’s better for trend/idea stuff, TubeBuddy felt better for bulk tools and A/B tests. Both have free extensions so just try both for a week.
