Dev here, helping out on a client-side rendered React app (not Next, plain SPA). GSC URL inspection shows the rendered HTML has the product descriptions, but site: searches for exact sentences from those descriptions return nothing for about half the pages.
The content comes from an API call that takes 1.5-3 seconds on slow days. My guess is the renderer gives up before it arrives on some pages.
Before I push the team toward SSR or prerendering, is there anything simpler people have used to confirm this is the actual problem?
