Every digital PR case study I read is some agency with a huge data campaign and 200 links. I have a small B2B client and maybe a few days a month to spend on it.
Has anyone gotten real links from small-scale PR? Things like answering journalist requests, small surveys, local angles? Curious what the hit rate looks like in practice.
Journalist request platforms work but the hit rate is low, think 1 link per 15-20 answers if your answers are good. The trick is answering fast and giving an actual quote they can paste, not a pitch.
