Claiming the $1 Test Credit

New users can request a small test balance before making a regular deposit. The seller was still adding test credit to qualifying accounts during August 2026.

Test credit is added manually and may not appear immediately. Availability can also change, so confirm the promotion before relying on it.

Mass Orders

The mass-order feature is designed for users who need to create several orders at once. Different links and quantities can be included within the same submission, reducing the time required to manage agency or reseller campaigns.

Check the required mass-order format carefully before submitting a large list. An incorrect link, quantity or service ID can cause an order to fail or be processed incorrectly.

Drip-Feed Campaigns

Drip-feed allows engagement to be divided into smaller scheduled deliveries. For example, an order for 2,000 likes can be delivered immediately or scheduled as 200 likes per day for ten days.

The feature can be useful when a buyer wants more gradual activity. Drip-feed support depends on the selected service and should be confirmed inside the order form.

API Access for Resellers

CosmicSMM confirms that reseller API access is available. Panel owners can use the API to send orders automatically, retrieve order statuses and connect CosmicSMM services to their own customer-facing platform.

Before importing services, resellers should review:

• Current service IDs
• API rate and customer selling price
• Minimum and maximum quantities
• Average starting and completion times
• Cancellation and refill rules
• Whether a service is currently stable

Payment Options

The seller lists card and cryptocurrency funding alongside several international payment providers:

• PayPal
• Wise
• Binance Pay
• Cryptomus
• Coinbase-supported payments
• Payeer
• Credit or debit card
• Selected cryptocurrencies

Refund Policy

Canceled Order	Eligible for a refund to the customer’s panel balance
Failed Order	Eligible for a refund to the customer’s panel balance
Order in Progress	Generally not refundable
Completed Order	Not refundable

The advertised refund is credited to the panel balance rather than automatically returned to the original payment method. Check the individual service description before ordering.

ForumSMM Buyer Note

The panel was tested by a marketplace moderation team, which reported that it was operational and that most test orders remained stable with minimal drop-off. This test is a useful historical reference, but service performance can vary between categories and over time.

Start with the available test credit, confirm that your preferred payment gateway works and evaluate each service individually. Avoid placing a high-volume order until you have checked the current delivery speed, refill rules and account quality.
